Site FM Contract Manager – Lead & KPI Focus

Veolia Newport is seeking a capable facilities manager to deliver effective FM services for our Aerospace and Defence client, combining soft services (cleaning, waste, mailroom) with hard services (M&E, building fabric and minor works).

You will lead a site-based team, manage budgets and SLA adherence, and implement safety systems including permits to work and SSoW. A strong track record in people management and client liaison is essential.
