Strategic Head of Employee Relations & Union Engagement

Michael Page is recruiting a Head of Employee Relations for a large Not-for-Profit organisation based in Wolverhampton, with a hybrid pattern allowing 2 days onsite each week.

You will lead the ER function, providing strategic and operational expertise across employment law, policy development, casework and trade union engagement, partnering with senior leaders to shape people policy and drive proactive ER across the organisation.
