You entered medical sales to make a genuine difference to patients’ health and wellbeing. But in many commercial roles, it can be difficult to see the full impact of your work across the patient journey.

We have an exciting position for you to join a fast-growing organisation where you can see that impact first-hand.

If you are commercially driven, passionate about healthcare and motivated by making a tangible difference to patients, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career while genuinely contributing to the patient journey.

Who is this opportunity for?

Our client is a fast-growing and innovative healthcare organisation delivering dynamic solutions across multiple therapy areas, with a clear focus on improving outcomes for patients across the UK.

As an Area Sales Manager for the Oxford and the Cotswolds region, you will take ownership of growth across your territory, working across Primary, Secondary and Community Care and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, consultants, nurses and other key stakeholders across a range of chronic care areas.

Alongside developing your territory and delivering against commercial KPIs, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities and share best practice.

A key part of the role will be working closely with nurse advocates and other healthcare professionals, helping them understand the benefits of the products and how they can support patients in practice.
