Senior AI Product Designer – Craft Leader

Fin is hiring a Senior Product Designer to push the boundaries of product craft. You will own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas, define new interaction patterns for Fin’s automation and AI-powered tools, and sketch, prototype, and test ideas from concept to execution.

You will collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to solve problems, maintain top-quality craft, and contribute to our design culture through mentoring and process refinement.
