Neonatal Transitional Care Leader

VerseOne Group is seeking a Neonatal Transitional Care Lead Nurse to lead and develop high-quality transitional care for newborns. The role focuses on safe care at birth when admission to a neonatal unit is not required, coordinating with maternity, neonatal, and community teams to keep mothers and babies together where appropriate.
