GBP260 per day : GBP280 per day

Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a modular install project,

Role Responsibilities

• Managing the day:to:day operations of the install
• Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
• Coordinating trades and managing site activities
• Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress
• Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel
• Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met

Requirements

• Valid Black OR white CSCS Card : essential
• Valid First Aid certificate : essential
• Valid SMSTS : essential
• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
• Previous experience working on busy construction sites
• Full PPE
• Ability to start immediately
