We’re scaling 1FIT, a health and fitness SaaS platform used by over 100,000 people. Our goal is to empower personal trainers and online coaches to manage and scale their businesses and we’re moving fast. Our product is live, growing quickly, and the foundations for scaling is already in full flow.

The Role
We are looking for a hungry, hands on marketer to help drive demand for 1FIT. This is a growth role. You will work closely with the founders and have real responsibility to execute across organic content, paid media, and website content, learning how all three work together to generate inbound leads. You don’t need it all, we just want ambition.
Organic and content
- Creating short form video content for Instagram that drives inbound interest
- Writing and designing static posts that coaches actually share
Paid media (Meta)
- Creating ad creatives and copy
- Launching and managing Meta ad campaigns
- Monitoring performance and iterating quickly
- Learning how to optimise spend
Website, SEO & GEO
- Writing and improving website content
- Improving SEO and GEO with practical, intent driven pages
- Improving conversion through testing and iteration
✅ What we’re looking for
- You are ambitious and want to get very good at marketing
- You are comfortable with numbers and performance feedback
- 2+ years professional experience as within growth marketing.
- Recent, practical experience with Meta Ads
- Recent, practical experience with creating short form video content
- Basic understanding of SEO and/or GEO.
- Competitive salary of £30-40k depending on experience
