Hospitality Coffee Lead – In-Room Barista & Events

Searcys are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to lead the hot beverage offering for the IET venue in London. The role focuses on developing in-room barista service and collaborating with coffee suppliers to enhance the coffee program.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a salary of £34,000 per year. You will manage beverage operations, support event teams and drive service excellence across all coffee-related activities.
