Working as part of 2 teams (in Neath & Swansea) providing an efficient, effective and high-quality support service to vulnerable women, men and their children who may have a range of complex needs, including domestic abuse, substance misuse and mental health difficulties. You will work collaboratively with individuals to ensure positive outcomes are achieved in line with local authority contract requirements.
To support, enable and empower the people Stori supports to have choice and control over their lives, encouraging them to build confidence, develop new skills and achieve greater independence. You will help individuals to understand and exercise their rights and responsibilities, while supporting them to identify and work towards their personal goals.
This will include providing appropriate information and guidance, signposting to relevant services, liaising with partner organisations and facilitating access to additional support, such as medical, financial and legal services, to help individuals achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
Candidates must hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check for both the Adult and Child Workforce. Where required, the cost of the DBS check will be met by the company.
