Matlock-based automotive retailer is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to work with the Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, service delivery and compliance. The role involves managing workshop flow, stock control and mentoring mechanics, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales KPIs.
Location: Matlock. Basic salary £32,000 – £36,000 with an OTE of around £6,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and training opportunities.
