Integrated Care Call Handler (111/999) – Training Path

South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Dual Role Integrated Care Call Handler at Band 3 for Medway MRC. The role combines 111 health advisor experience with 999 ambulance support, following a structured training pathway to enable flexible work across both services.

Successful candidates will train extensively in handling 999 calls and will transition to a blended role within an integrated urgent care team, delivering high-quality patient care and safe triage.
