Lead M&E Manager – Mechanical Services (Residential, London)

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a mechanically biased M&E Manager to join a major residential development in London. You will take ownership of the mechanical services package and coordinate with the construction team, consultants and client representatives from design development through to handover.

The role requires leading M&E coordination, driving performance to programme and quality standards, and ensuring safe, compliant and fully integrated mechanical systems across the project.
