Neonatal Community Nurse – Home Visits & Family Care (Band 6)

The Neonatal Community Nursing Team within Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust provides post-discharge follow-up for vulnerable neonates across North Lincolnshire. The role covers 75 hours per week across 7 days, with variable shifts and bank holidays.

You will assess and care for babies with chronic or acute conditions, working autonomously under supervision from Ward Manager and Paediatric Matron, and you will need a full UK driving licence for home visits in the Grimsby area.
