Senior Relief Care Leader (Flexible Shifts)

CrossReach is seeking a Relief Senior Care Worker to support high-quality care for older people in a Scotland care home. You will lead on shift, guide colleagues, and ensure care is safe, person-centred and well-documented.

The role requires SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, basic IT skills, PVG membership, and SSSC registration (or willingness to join). Flexible shifts and comprehensive induction are provided.
