West Lancashire Borough Council is recruiting a Revenues and Benefits Officer to administer Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support. You will ensure records are accurate and provide correct decisions, bills, notifications and advice in line with legislation and policies.

The role involves processing claims, amendments, discounts, exemptions, reliefs and payment arrangements, using specialist systems.
