Community Health & Engagement Lead (Part‑Time)

The Big Life Group is hiring a Community Development Worker in Salford to help bring people together and improve local health and wellbeing. Based at the Energise Centre, you will develop activities that respond to community needs and work with local groups, volunteers and partner organisations to turn ideas into actions.

You will support participation, provide information, and help recruit and train volunteers while building strong relationships across diverse communities.
