Serco is seeking an experienced HSEF specialist to deliver on-site health, safety, environment and fire support at Derwentside IRC. You will ensure robust HSEF practice, provide expert advice, and support the continual improvement of our safety management system.
Travelling and shifts may be required to support multiple contracts. The role requires a full UK driving licence and strong stakeholder engagement to promote a proactive safety culture across operations.
