Family Law Solicitor – Hybrid, Performance Bonuses

Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of private family matters from NQ to Associate level. You will work end-to-end with a client-focused approach, with caseloads sourced for you. The role supports hybrid working between home and one day a week in the office.

The position offers a salary of £34,000–£48,000 depending on experience, plus up to £15,600 in quarterly incentives and a strong benefits package. There is a closing date of 13 September 2026.
