Multi-Site IT Support & Operations Technician

Wolviston Management Services seeks an IT Support & Operations Technician to join Tioxide’s IT team. The role provides deskside and remote IT support across Greatham, Stockton, and Wynyard locations, with responsibility for incidents, devices, and IT services.

You will contribute to IT operations: system monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration, IAM, networking, telephony, patching, and project work. A customer-focused, hands-on approach is essential.
