- Deliver one-to-one and group-based family support.
- Support families to develop coping skills and build resilience.
- Help families access community services and local resources.
- Carry out assessments and contribute to early help plans.
- Liaise with schools, social workers, and other partners.
- Keep accurate case notes and monitor family progress.
- Uphold strong safeguarding standards.
- Experience in family support, social care, or youth work.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Organised and able to manage a varied caseload.
- Understanding of Birmingham’s diverse communities.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
