Hybrid Customer Success Manager: ERP & Sage X3 Expert

Mysoft is seeking a Customer Success Manager to deepen relationships with Sage X3, Sage Intacct and X3CloudDocs users. You will act as a trusted advisor, understand customers’ businesses, and drive value through proactive account management and tailored guidance.

You will lead reviews, onboard new modules, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships while collaborating with Sales, Consultancy, Support and Marketing for an outstanding customer experience.
