Overview

In this role you support a specialist drylining contractor in North West London to manage project costs and commercial processes. You will work with the team to monitor cost position, valuations, and cash flow, helping to keep projects financially on track. The role involves assisting with procurement, pre-tender profit plans, and final accounts to support project delivery. It’s an opportunity to grow with a bespoke contractor and contribute to multiple drylining, ceilings and partitions projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly profit position reviews and cost reporting
• Support preparation of monthly valuations for clients and supply chain
• Help negotiate and procure sub-contractor packages
• Contribute to pre-tender profit planning
• Support management of cost changes on projects
• Assist preparation of cashflow forecasts
• Assist with final accounts upstream and downstream
• Assist with main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointments

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within drylining, ceilings and partitions
• Immediate availability or one month’s notice
• Willingness to travel into North West London and Central London
• Experience with cost reporting, valuations, and contract/doc preparation
