Education IT Technician – On-Site Support

Redsquid is seeking a motivated IT support professional to join our mobile 1st/2nd line team. This role involves on-site weekly maintenance visits to a range of schools and remote ticket responses via our service desk, supported by an experienced team.

You will help shape the school’s ICT strategy, ensure a reliable, secure environment, and develop technically and personally through our Professional Development and Training Scheme.
