Senior Employment Solicitor – Global Clients & Disputes

Edwards Legal Recruitment LP is seeking an Employment Solicitor for a Sussex-based specialist practice. You will manage both contentious and non-contentious Employment law matters for employers and employees, including settlement agreements, contracts of employment and ET3 responses.

You will advise executives on negotiating contracts, bonuses, share options and incentive schemes, and handle restrictive covenants and confidentiality issues.
