AI-Driven Financial Controller – Rebuild & Scale

Namecheap, Inc. is seeking a Financial Controller to own the integrity of our financial reporting and transform how it is produced. This hands-on, build-and-lead role will modernize systems, bring accounting to full US GAAP rigor, and create a lean, automated finance organization reporting to the CFO.

You will rebuild the accounting function from first principles, implement an AI-native ERP, and lead a senior team focused on judgment and impact. Equity may be offered as we scale.
