Overview

As an Employment Solicitor in Manchester, you will advise employer clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including workplace disputes and Employment Tribunal claims. You join a collaborative team delivering high-quality employment law services to regional, national and international clients. You will gain exposure to varied, high-caliber work and develop expertise across the full spectrum of employment law. Responsibilities

• Advise employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters (workplace disputes, HR advisory, Tribunal claims)
• Collaborate within a team to manage a diverse client base and high-quality work
• Develop expertise across all aspects of employment law
• Support and mentor clients through Employment Tribunal processes (where applicable)

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor from NQ to 6 years PQE
• Predominantly respondent-side employment law background
• Experience advising employers on contentious and non-contentious matters
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
• Good understanding of Employment Tribunal litigation
