Lead Survivor Voice & Engagement Coordinator

Changing Lives in Middlesbrough is seeking a Victim Voice Coordinator to develop survivor engagement for safe accommodation services. You will ensure survivors’ voices influence service delivery and wider system change.

You will build trusted relationships with survivors, create accessible participation opportunities, and champion survivor-led approaches. You will gather feedback from those affected by domestic abuse and other violence to inform improvements.
