Strategic HR Advisor (South) – Performance & Talent Partner

Thermotraffic is seeking an HR Advisor (South) to partner with managers across the South to translate HR strategy and policy into practical, commercially focused practice. You will act as a trusted adviser on performance, absence, talent, and employment matters, using workforce data to anticipate needs and support planning.

The role includes leading HR projects to boost organisational capability and will cover South sites with a minimum of one day per week in Newark.
