Senior HRIS Governance Lead — SuccessFactors

Urenco UK, based at Paddington Head Office, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will own governance for global HR processes within SuccessFactors Employee Central and Performance modules, lead change requests, train users, and implement updates across sites.

You will test, document, and drive adoption of new functionality, act as bridge between local and global needs, and support UAT and system releases while ensuring alignment with the HRIS roadmap and business
