Perinatal Safety & Risk Governance Lead

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Perinatal Governance, Risk and Safety Coordinator to promote patient safety, quality improvement and clinical excellence within the maternity and neonatal team.

The post holder will coordinate governance, risk management, investigations, mortality reviews and national safety programmes, contributing to assurance and service improvement across maternity services.
