Assistant Store Manager – Drive Sales & Service

Seasalt seeks an Assistant Store Manager for the Shrewsbury store on a 40 hour permanent contract. You’ll help the Store Manager create a service culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything, and drive sales, profitability and KPI achievement.

With experience leading a team at supervisor level or above, you’ll recruit, develop staff, and manage stock and store operations while upholding Seasalt values. This role offers career progression and a strong benefits package.
