Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you lead commercial delivery on regional projects from pre-construction to final account, reporting to the Commercial Manager. You’ll drive procurement, contract administration and financial outcomes while mentoring junior surveyors. You’ll collaborate with pre-construction and client teams to manage risk, disputes and value. The opportunity sits within a reputable contractor with a strong regional project pipeline and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Oversee procurement and management of sub-contractor packages
• Handle final accounts and any disputes that arise
• Liaise with client teams and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior surveying staff

Key requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Proficiency with JCT and NEC contracts
• Willingness to travel to offices/sites as required
• Right to work in the UK (full)
