As a Quantity Surveyor at Wates Smartspace, you will lead cost management across Northern region projects, ensuring value for money and financial control from inception to completion. You will collaborate with project teams to support successful delivery and manage financial risk. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents to control project finances
• Manage subcontractor accounts, negotiate contracts, handle valuations, and process payments
• Provide timely financial reporting, forecasts, and cost analysis for decision-making
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to keep projects within budget
• Lead final accounts preparation and resolve contractual claims and costs
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
