Duty Manager: Fitness Club Leader & Member Experience

Nuffield Health Newcastle Hospital is seeking a Duty Manager for our Fitness and Wellbeing Club in Gosforth (Newcastle). This full-time role is 40 hours per week with a salary around £28k, plus sales commission, and a chance to lead member experiences and service quality.

You will oversee club operations, engage with members, support colleagues, conduct tours for prospective members, and help achieve sales targets while upholding safety standards and excellent customer service.
