Associate Director Digital Engineering, Product Engineering and Development

Overview

As an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Product Engineering & Development team, you lead Digital Engineering and PLM initiatives for clients and internal projects. You will drive end-to-end delivery across assessment, strategy and implementation, aligning engineering capabilities with client objectives. You mentor teams, shape business processes and contribute to thought leadership in PLM and Digital Engineering. Responsibilities

• Deliver projects end-to-end across assessment, strategy and implementation phases while coordinating diverse technical and functional teams
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to capture challenges, priorities and objectives in Engineering and IT
• Develop optimized engineering processes along the product lifecycle aligned with Deloitte’s pre-configured methodology
• Build the business and industry network through sales activity, bid responses and thought-leadership materials
• Mentor and develop internal team members and lead internal initiatives

Key requirements

• Background in engineering or experience with PLM
• Knowledge of Digital Engineering toolchain (requirements management, MBSE, ALM, SAM)
• Experience managing teams in project settings
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Experience working in diverse, hybrid teams
• Professional working proficiency in English
