Home Group in Peterborough is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator to empower customers toward a better future. You’ll use our bespoke Home Group Achievement Programme to coach individuals with alcohol or substance misuse needs to maintain tenancies and build independence.
You’ll support customers in daily life skills such as college signups and budgeting, build relationships with external agencies, and monitor progress for commissioners.
