Production Team Leader

Overview

Join Cytiva’s biotechnology team at Cardiff as a Production Team Leader. You will lead a cleanroom-based production team to achieve OEE targets and compliant manufacturing processes. You will address production issues using Live DIVE and document in the QMS, applying Danaher Business System to hit safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. The role requires prior cleanroom leadership and familiarity with ISO13485/ISO9001; Oracle, Veeva or Magic are a plus. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production operators in a cleanroom to meet OEE/output targets
• Ensure manufacturing processes remain fully compliant with relevant standards
• Escalate, evaluate and remedy production issues via Live DIVE and document in the QMS
• Apply Danaher Business System tools to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Key requirements

• Previous experience leading a team within a cleanroom environment
• Strong organizational and effective written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of working within a QMS and ISO13485 or ISO9001
