Overview

As a Team Leader, you will guide a department’s people to stay motivated and engaged, coordinating job rotation, performance reviews, and staff development. You’ll coach, delegate, and ensure clear communication of team performance, while supporting the Line Manager and stepping in when needed. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the department team to stay motivated and engaged
• Organise job rotation and conduct performance and probation reviews within set timelines
• Coordinate staff training, coaching, and appropriate delegation
• Ensure regular communication of team performance and progress
• Proactively support the Line Manager and cover when unavailable
