HR Operations Coordinator: Onboarding & Records

Bowmer + Kirkland is seeking an HR Assistant to coordinate key HR processes across the employee lifecycle and act as the first point of contact for staff and managers. You will support routine casework, maintain HR records, and work with HR Advisors to progress matters in line with policies and data standards.

The role emphasises judgement, process improvement and timely guidance, with involvement in projects and HR improvements as part of a busy team.
