Senior Product Manager – PPD

Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you own a brand portfolio and lead strategy, development and execution of 360 activation plans and assets. You collaborate with local leadership and international teams to nourish brand strategy and growth, driving activation excellence and acting as brand champion. You align cross-functional divisions to deliver objectives, balancing creativity with market realities to grow the brand within a wide organisational ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build brand plans and strategies from market, consumer and competitor insights for B2C and B2B audiences
• Lead local launch and activation from forecasting to asset localisation and sell-out activations
• Define media strategy with agency to plan and execute
• Collaborate with commercial activation teams to drive growth and recruit new customers
• Lead digital transformation to enable seamless B2B online activation with LPS and Education teams
• Coordinate with multi-channel stakeholders across the brand team (Comms, Education, Commercial, Digital, Finance)
• Forecast launches, manage A&P, build launches P&L with finance, monitor ROI/PA performance
• Develop marketing education strategy to amplify advocacy and drive sell-in and sell-out in professional channels
• Be the voice of the local market to international teams, sharing insights and defending local interests

Key requirements

• Strong understanding of consumer trends, shopper psychology and retail journey
• Strong analytical and data-first approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
