HR Generalist – People & Culture Lead (Onsite)

Independence Fire Sprinkler in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR needs, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

The HR Generalist will partner with senior leadership and Corporate HR to provide hands-on support, coach managers, and ensure policy consistency. This is a 100% on-site role for our union/non-union staff, with opportunities for growth.
