The Old Vic is seeking a proactive Development professional to lead the individual giving program. Based in London with a mix of home and office days, you will manage the day-to-day of the membership scheme, drive income, and work with the Head of Philanthropy and the team.
You will deliver stewardship, campaigns, and donor communications while guiding the Individual Giving Officer and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. 36k salary with hybrid working.
