In this Private Client Solicitor role, you will advise high-net-worth clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning within a leading East of England firm. You’ll manage complex probate matters and administer estates while building strong client relationships. You’ll work with colleagues to stay current on private client developments and deliver high-quality, tailored legal solutions. Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and support to high-net-worth individuals and families in matters related to wills, trusts, estate planning, and wealth management
• Handling complex probate and estate administration cases
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and best practices within private client law
• Conducting client meetings to discuss individual needs and provide tailored legal advice
• Drafting wills, trusts, and other legal documents
• Managing a caseload of private client matters, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
• Collaborating with colleagues and senior professionals to develop skills in private client law

Key requirements

• 1-10+ years’ experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of private client matters
