Overview
In this Real Estate Finance role, you will handle high-value property financing work within a dynamic London practice. You’ll work closely with partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to international and domestic financings for lenders and borrowers. Responsibilities
- advise on a wide range of real estate finance matters for lenders and borrowers
- negotiate and structure complex loan documents and financing facilities
- contribute to business development and client relationship management
- work alongside partners and senior solicitors on high-profile, cross-border transactions
- support restructuring and enforcement matters and security reviews
- participate in innovative funding solutions and new structures (e.g., A/B structures, syndicated/club loans)
- assist in building the team and managing a busy workload with a focus on quality and efficiency
Key requirements
- 2-4 years’ PQE (England & Wales) in Real Estate Finance
- commercial awareness and sector knowledge
