Overview

As a Commercial New Business Executive, you will drive new Commercial insurance opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for diverse sectors, building lasting client relationships and expanding the firm’s insurance and related services. You will tackle high-value opportunities, apply market insights, and uphold regulatory awareness to stay ahead in a competitive market. Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and securing new Commercial clients
• Drive growth in key sectors (Motor Trade, Manufacturing Building & Allied Trades, Property Owners, Retail, Wholesalers, Fleet)
• Develop and execute sales strategies using market research and competition insights
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions
• Identify opportunities to refer broader offerings (Financial Services, Risk Management, Health & Safety Consultancy)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulatory changes, market trends, and sales techniques
