Therapeutic Youth Residential Worker

Aberlour Child Care Trust is seeking a Residential Worker in Inverness to join a dedicated team in a home for up to five young people. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities, education, and community engagement, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers as part of a rotating rota.

You will contribute to safeguarding, development, and wellbeing, helping young people work toward their goals in a supportive, therapeutic environment.
