Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist (Band 5)

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the SCMHT Adult Community Mental Health Services covering Colchester. You will assess needs, plan interventions, work with multidisciplinary teams and support patients to regain independence in the community.
