Compassionate Home Care Support Worker | Flexible 4-on/4-off

Centred is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care at home, helping individuals live safely, independently and with dignity. The role is 37.5 hours per week, on a rolling 4 days on / 4 days off rota with 12‑hour shifts.
