Senior Clinical Lead Nurse – 2nd Deputy Manager (4-day week)

Anchor Hanover’s Wetherby Manor in Wetherby is seeking an experienced Registered Adult Nurse to step into a Clinical Lead role and act as 2nd Deputy Manager. You will provide strong clinical leadership, support the nursing team and help ensure the highest standards of care across our 23-bed ward.

The position offers a permanent contract, a 44-hour week over four days (8am–8pm), and every other weekend off, with £24.53 per hour and a salary equivalent around £56,283.
