We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Warrington to provide flexible, person-centred care across residential, supported living and community services. You can choose days or nights with shift options, including 3‑hour to 12‑hour slots, on-site in Warrington.

The role offers a night-enhancement and a range of staff benefits through WCL’s charity framework. Experience in care is preferred, with full training provided.
